Sandy Bay

Sandy Bay Beach is located on the northern shore of the Victoria Beach peninsula. It is a quiet beach used mainly by cottagers. Day trippers can park on Highway 504 and walk to the beach via Olafsson Blvd (10 min). Don’t miss the Hidden Lagoon which is home to many species of frogs, water bugs and water fowl. You will climb the stairs up and over the sand dune to discover a beautiful white sand beach stretching all the way north towards Elk Island which is accessible from this area. 

Be mindful as there is a private beach but its boundaries are clearly marked.
